PAAH Stroll through Discovery Green

Please join us as we stroll through Discovery Green and view the 10 works of art in the "Celebration of Life" Exhibit for Dia de Los Muertos. Afterward, stay to enjoy the Jazzy Sunday concert with Vanguard Collective On the Green.

Food and drink are available for purchase in Discovery Green or bring a picnic meal and blanket to enjoy the free concert.

Art Stroll - 2:00 - 3:00 pm  (see meet up details below)
Jazz concert - 3:00 - 6:00 pm

This event is offered free of charge and may be cancelled due to weather conditions.

COVID Protocols will be in effect for in-person PAA of Houston sponsored events.  

Any individual who has tested positive for COVID-19, is waiting for COVID-19 test results, is showing COVID-19 symptoms, or has had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19 is kindly asked not to attend.

Meet Up Details: We will meet in front of the George R. Brown Convention Center on Avenida de las Americas at Number 10 on the attached map at 2 p.m. on Sunday.  Barry Mandel, President & Park Director, Discovery Green will provide welcoming remarks to PAA of Houston. Prior to the jazz concert, Brandon Bell, General Manager of DACAMERA will share insights on the musical performance with our group. Looking forward to our afternoon of art and music!
