Princeton Alumni Association of Houston
Celebrate Black History Month with fellow Tigers from the Association of Black Princeton Alumni ("ABPA") and PAA of Houston at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston!
Our group will first visit the Kehinde Wiley: An Archaeology of Silence exhibition, featuring more than 20 works, including monumental paintings and sculptures that expand upon his series DOWN (2008). We will then see Multiplicity: Blackness in Contemporary American Collage, the first large-scale exhibition of contemporary Black American collage, bringing together more than 65 works of art by 50 artists that reflect the breadth and complexity of Black identity.
Special thanks to the ABPA for co-sponsoring and Deborah Lugo *14, who has organized this event at the MFAH.
